RESISTANCE
A circuit session using weights to target all major muscle groups. This class focuses on building strength, improving muscle tone, and increasing overall fitness through a mix of resistance exercises.

DXC LIFT
Follow a structured program designed to increase muscle mass and build strength. Learn proper technique for key lifts, track your progress each session, and see your strength grow over time. Classes focus on Upper Body or Lower Body movements.

SWEAT
A high-energy conditioning session designed to build endurance and boost cardiovascular fitness. This class focuses on metabolic conditioning, using a mix of exercises to elevate your heart rate and improve overall stamina.

MAT PILATES
Join Rochellie for a Mat Pilates session designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance stability! This low-impact workout focuses on core control, posture, and mindful movement, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and better equipped for injury prevention.

HYBRID - COACH'ES SESSION
This session is for our intermeditate-experience gym junkies who want to push themself through a competitive workout. The coach's workout is a fun, hybrid session that isn't led by a trainer. You can expect Hyrox inspired sessions, workouts for time, partner work and a whole lotta fun ;)

A high-energy, full-body workout that keeps you on your toes from start to finish. Bootcamp combines strength, cardio, and functional training to build endurance and power. Expect a variety of bodyweight exercises, weights, and team challenges to keep things fun and challenging. Suitable for all fitness levels—come ready to push yourself!
